Provide accurate, current, and complete informationMaintain and update your information as necessaryKeep your account credentials secure and confidentialNotify us immediately of any unauthorized usePayment is due before or at the time of service unless other arrangements are madeWe accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and cashLate payment fees may apply for overdue accountsAll fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specifiedWe reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing clients.
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between tutor and student/parentRegular session times may be established for ongoing tutoringWe will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations or reschedulingLate cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in chargesNo-shows will be charged the full session feeEmergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basisStudents and parents agree to:
Arrive punctually for scheduled sessionsCome prepared with relevant materials and assignmentsActively participate in learning activitiesComplete assigned homework and practice exercisesCommunicate any learning difficulties or concerns promptlyTreat tutors and other students with respectOur tutors commit to:
Providing qualified, professional instructionArriving punctually and prepared for sessionsCustomizing instruction to meet individual student needsMaintaining confidentiality of student informationProviding regular progress updates to students and parentsAll materials, resources, and content provided by Mathsa & Molecules remain our intellectual property. Students may use these materials for personal educational purposes only and may not distribute, reproduce, or commercialize them without written permission.
While we strive to provide excellent educational services, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for:
Academic performance or test scoresAdmission to educational institutionsIndirect or consequential damagesTechnical issues with online platformsWe are committed to protecting student privacy and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable educational privacy laws, including FERPA.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate local courts.
